By downloading, accessing, or using Detox 66, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Detox 66 is
Detox 66 is a simple 66-day challenge app designed to help users track and stay accountable while avoiding selected habits.
The app is intended for personal self-improvement, motivation, reminders, and progress tracking.
3. Not medical advice
Detox 66 does not provide medical advice, therapy, counselling, diagnosis, addiction treatment, or professional healthcare support.
You are responsible for deciding whether the app is appropriate for your circumstances.
If you are dealing with addiction, withdrawal symptoms, mental health issues, self-harm, or any urgent health concern, seek help from a qualified professional or emergency service.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own actions, choices, challenge setup, habits, notifications, and use of the app.
Detox 66 can help you track a challenge, but it cannot guarantee that you will break a habit or complete the challenge.
5. Purchases and pricing
Detox 66 may be sold as a one-time paid app. Purchases are handled by the relevant app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds, billing issues, and purchase disputes are subject to the policies of the app store where you purchased the app.
6. No subscriptions and no ads
Detox 66 is intended to be a simple paid app with no third-party advertising and no subscription requirement.
7. Local data
Detox 66 stores challenge data locally on your device. If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your data may be lost.
Detox 66 is not responsible for lost local data.
8. Notifications
Reminder notifications are provided for convenience only. Delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system behaviour, battery settings, permissions, and notification settings.
We do not guarantee that notifications will always arrive at an exact time.
9. Privacy and sensitive habits
The app may include privacy features such as Private Mode, masked notifications, passcode protection, and hidden habit names.
You are responsible for enabling and configuring these features if you need them.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, copy it, resell it, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
11. Intellectual property
The Detox 66 name, design, branding, app interface, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holder unless otherwise stated.
You may use the app for personal use only.
12. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

13. Limitation of liability
